Let’s get your account funded! Here are a few easy ways to increase your Brex business account balance and credit limit.

Transfer funds from an external bank account

This is typically the fastest way to add funds to your Brex business account. Account admins can send funds to Brex using an ACH or wire from external bank accounts.

To set up a transfer, input your Brex business account details into your external bank’s transfer form on their platform.

Follow these instructions to find your account information, both in the dashboard and the app: How do I find my account and routing number?.

Make a mobile check deposit

Checks can be deposited via the Brex app. Please read How do I deposit a check? for more details.

Note: We can only process virtual check deposits via the Brex app and won’t be able to accept physical checks by mail.

Initiate an ACH debit from your Brex dashboard

If this is your first time depositing funds, start by connecting the external bank account you’d like to use. See How can I connect an additional bank account to Brex? for help with this. This verifies that you're authorized to pull funds from that account. Going forward, when you click Transfer funds in your dashboard, you can select your bank and initiate a transfer without any sign-in credentials.

Once you have an external bank connected, please follow these steps to initiate an ACH debit from your Brex dashboard or mobile app: How do I send or receive an ACH?.

Transfer funds from another Brex business account

If you have multiple Brex business accounts, you can instantly transfer funds from one account to another. To do so, please follow the steps in How do I transfer funds between my Brex business accounts?.
