How do I initiate an ACH debit from Brex?

You can add funds to your Brex account by initiating a debit from your external bank account, from either the Brex dashboard or mobile app. Please follow the relevant steps below.

From the Brex dashboard

Step 1: Under Cash, click Transactions.

Step 2: Click Add funds and select Bank transfer.

Step 3: Choose the account you’d like to transfer funds from and click Next.

Step 4: Enter the amount you’d like to transfer and the date you want the transfer to begin processing.

If this is a one-time deposit, select Review to confirm the payment details and complete the transfer as scheduled.

To deposit funds automatically at a regular cadence, follow these steps: Setting up scheduled and recurring deposits on Brex Cash.

From the Brex app

You’ll also need to have a bank connected before initiating an ACH debit from your Brex app. But the deposit flow will prompt you to add it, so you can get started right away.

Step 1: Tap the $ icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: In the action items section at the top, click Add more funds.

Step 3: Select the bank you want to transfer from. (If you haven’t connected that account yet, select Add new account.)

Step 4: Enter the amount you’d like to transfer and the date you want the transfer to begin processing.
