  Agents on Brex automate expense compliance—answering policy questions, enforcing rules, flagging exceptions, and generating insights—so finance teams can focus on higher-impact work. An AI Assistant streamlines financial tasks and ensures compliance for all employees. • Brex cards with Zip Accounting
  Brex for Zip is now fully integrated, allowing you to issue virtual Brex cards directly from Zip’s intake workflows. All post-transaction activities—such as receipt uploads, transaction coding, and accounting reconciliation—can now be completed directly within Zip, creating a seamless expense management experience.   We’ve partnered with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to embed Brex virtual cards and payment services directly in your Oracle Cloud ERP AP workflows. Now your company can issue cards and pay suppliers in 30+ currencies all within Oracle Cloud ERP with automated reconciliation, granular controls (spend limits, merchant restrictions, single-use), and a full digital audit trail to reduce fraud risk and maintain strong compliance. • Add vendors and create p-cards faster (Essentials, Smart Card)
  Admins can accelerate vendor payments using Brex purchasing cards (P-cards). Upload card statements to simplify vendor payments while keeping spend under unified control. After adding vendors you can create and assign a dedicated p-card to each vendor that accepts Brex cards for recurring payments. Learn more in this help article.
  
  Availability & How to Start: Generally available for Essentials and Smart Card customers. In your dashboard, go to Cards and limits > Pay vendors by card to start moving vendor spend to Brex.
  
• Preset PIN encoded on Cards
  All Brex cards issued on the Mastercard network now include a preset PIN encoded on the chip, ensuring more reliable access at payment terminals worldwide. Cardholders can view their preset Mastercard PINs or change their Visa card PINs directly within the Brex dashboard or mobile app. Learn more in this help article.

• Invoicing: Faster & smarter invoice creation
  Create invoices faster with pre-filled customer details, remembered items and taxes, real-time validation, and reusable templates—so you can draft, preview, and send in fewer clicks. • Invoicing: Easy navigation & invoice management

• Stablecoins
  We’re introducing support for stablecoin payments, so you can move money 24/7 globally with faster settlement. Customers with a Brex business account will be able to accept stablecoins with automatic conversion into USD in their Brex business accounts and send stablecoins directly from their USD balances. Customers will also be able to pay their card balance in stablecoins.

• New Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations connection (Early Access)

• Puzzle one-click

Payables

• QuickBooks Online Payment sync (Early Access)
  Choose whether bill payments export to QuickBooks Online, All payments or None, to align exports with your reconciliation process and reduce unexpected ledger changes. Learn more in this help article.
  
  Availability & How to Start: In your dashboard, go to Bills > Manage QuickBooks > Sync settings > Sync payments. We recommend completing your payment account mapping before turning payment sync on to avoid sync errors. New connections default to payments synced on; existing customers can configure this in their integration settings.
  
• Vendor 2-way sync (Early Access)
  To ensure data integrity, keep vendor records (including Email, Website, Phone, 1099 eligibility, Tax information address, TIN) consistent across Brex and QuickBooks Online with near real-time, bidirectional updates, clearer linking, and one-to-one record enforcement.   Availability & How to Start: Only QuickBooks Online is supported. Go to Vendors > QuickBooks settings > Sync vendors from QuickBooks and select the vendor export option, or go to Accounting > QuickBooks settings > Sync settings > Sync vendors and choose Export vendors on bill sync or creation.

  U.S.-based Brex users can now enjoy a free DashPass membership with $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and 5% back in DoorDash credits on eligible business orders placed with a Brex card. Learn more in this help article.
