Live support

Brex Support is available 24 hours, seven days a week, to help with any account questions via chat, email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Start a chat or send us a message directly from your dashboard. You can find all of our contact information by clicking Support in your dashboard’s top right corner. We have three product plan types, broken down in the table below. Depending on your Brex plan, you have access to the following support channels:

Admins and bookkeepers can directly contact a dedicated Brex Support team, who are experts on the admin and bookkeeper experience. You can contact our Dedicated Support team via email or phone – or you can schedule a Zoom call. You can always continue to contact our general support team as well via chat, email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Our Dedicated Support team is available from 5am - 5pm PST, but if you need help outside of business hours, you can schedule a call with them at a later time or contact general support for immediate assistance. Access your dedicated support team’s contact information by clicking Support in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

Rewards

Travel booked with rewards

If you have questions about your travel arrangements, you can reach out to our travel partner, Spotnana, by going to Rewards > Book flights and hotels in your Brex dashboard and following the instructions there. Note: Dedicated booking support or travel agent consultation is not included.

Direct hotel outreach

When booking with Brex points or a credit card, neither Spotnana agents nor the Spotnana Online Booking Tool (OBT) can process hotel booking changes, cancellations, or refunds. However, reaching out directly to the hotel you booked with may help you in any of the following scenarios:

  • You want to change a non-refundable hotel booking
  • You want to change a refundable hotel booking after the 'change / cancel until' date specified by the hotel
  • You want to change a refundable or non-refundable hotel booking on or after the check-in date
  • You would like to request a refund or cancellation penalty waiver for a non-refundable booking or a refundable booking past the 'change / cancel until' date specified by the hotel's policy
  • You need to cancel your hotel booking after the check-in date

Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded and cannot accept changes or modifications. When you book a non-refundable reservation, you agree to pay for the entire stay regardless of whether you actually use the room or not. Hotels offer non-refundable bookings to guarantee revenue, as cancellations and no-shows can be costly for them. However, hotels may process your request on a case-by-case basis, or offer you a credit for a future stay if you work with them.

Gift Cards

If you need help with a gift card redemption, click Support in the top right of your dashboard and contact our general support team. If you have already redeemed points for a gift card, reach out to the Tango Support Team going to help.tangocard.com and opening the chat window on the lower right. You can also send an email to cs@tangocard.com or call 877.558.2646 (Mon-Fri 6am-5pm PT).

In your dashboard

Step 1: In your Brex dashboard, click Support at the top right of your screen. Step 2: Go to the support section that best fits your needs—General Support, Dedicated Support, or Travel Support. You can also open a chat to Brex Support in Trips > Manage reservation or from the details window after clicking a specific card expense in your Wallet.

In your app

Step 1: In your Brex dashboard, tap Support at the top right of your screen. Step 2: Choose your preferred way to connect with an agent:

  • Chat: Tap Chat and then Live chat under General support or Travel support.
  • Phone: Tap Call and press the number next to General support or Travel support
  • Email: Tap Email and then click General support to send an email directly from the app or see the Travel support email address.

Brex travel support can also be reached within Trips > Reservations > Contact an agent.
