Redeeming your Brex points

Account and card admins can redeem points for gift cards from the Brex dashboard by following the steps below. Note that gift cards can only be redeemed one at a time. Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Rewards > Gift cards. Step 2: Click Redeem under any of the three options — Recipient choice gift card, Mastercard prepaid, or Amazon.com gift card. Step 3: Proceed with the redemption and fill out the gift card details. This includes the amount in USD, the recipient name, the recipient email, and an optional note. The amount of points to be deducted from your overall total will be calculated below. Click Continue when you’re done. Step 4: Review the details of your gift card and then click Send. The gift card will be emailed to the email address you chose in Step 3. You can see gift cards that you’ve sent previously in Rewards > History.

Account and card admins can choose to redeem your Brex points toward travel accommodations instead of putting the purchase on a card. For more information, read this help article.

Account and card admins can redeem rewards points for cryptocurrency from the Brex dashboard. Step 1: In your Brex dashboard, go to Rewards > Crypto. Step 2: You will be directed to our external partner portal to redeem your points. Step 3: Select Bitcoin or Ethereum and enter the number of points you want to convert to crypto — the minimum is 1,000 points — and this will populate the price, fees, and amount of either asset you will receive. Note: The amount of crypto you’ll receive for your points is not estimated until you finalize your redemption transaction. Step 4: Next, enter an external wallet address to which the redeemed cryptocurrency will be delivered. This wallet should be associated with your business. Whoever owns that wallet and maintains the private keys to that wallet will own the cryptocurrency you’ve redeemed with points. If you do not have a cryptocurrency wallet, you can select Get wallet on the right to create one for free via Coinbase. Step 5: Review your selected number of points, conversion rate, and fees, and then select Redeem. The amount of crypto you will receive is locked in at this point. Step 6: Your crypto will appear in your wallet within one hour. Cryptocurrency rewards redemption is a non-reversible transaction.

Card admins may redeem their team’s Brex points toward statement credit, provided they do not have a Brex business account. Otherwise, you can redeem towards cashback, instead. Step 1: Click Rewards on the left side of your Brex dashboard. Step 2: Scroll down to the Redemption options section and click on Statement credit. Step 3: Click Redeem and enter the number of points you would like to redeem. Then click Redeem again. Step 4: A statement credit will appear for the amount of the transaction at the top of Processed and say (Rewards credit).

Account admins can redeem points for dollars directly to their Brex business account by following the steps below. If you don’t have a Brex business account, a card admin can redeem points towards statement credit, instead. Step 1: In your dashboard, click Rewards. Step 2: Under Redemption Options, select Redeem in the Cash section. Step 3: Enter the number of points you want to redeem. Once submitted, the points will be converted into cash and deposited into your Brex business account balance.

We offer Spring Health mental healthcare session packages in exchange for Brex points. Account and card admins can book six-session packages and one year access for 15,000 points via your dashboard. Step 1: In your dashboard, go to the Rewards page and click the Mental healthcare tile. Click Get started when prompted. Step 2: Your first and last name will auto-fill based on your Brex account details. Add additional details, such as your date of birth, email, zip code, etc. You can also indicate whether you’d like to add other employees to the program. Keep in mind that this benefit is priced for one individual. When adding more, Spring Health will work with you to determine the price. Step 3: Click Request 6 session package: 15,000 points. Note: You won’t be able to request less than six sessions per booking. Step 4: Monitor the email address you entered when booking. You’ll receive an email from Spring Health within the next week to help you schedule your first session. Brex customers schedule sessions directly through the Spring Health platform Upon signing into the Spring Health platform, you’ll also have access to unlimited assessments, digital CBT, and care navigators.

With the help of trusted Brex partners, account and card admins can redeem their Brex points to organize offsites and retreats for their teams. Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Rewards and click Team offsite > Get started. Step 2: Your first and last name will auto-fill based on your Brex account details. Add any other details, such as your preferred offsite date, number of attendees, etc. Step 3: Click Request package: 25,000 points. Step 4: Monitor the email address you entered when booking. We’ll connect you with our event and retreat planners for an intake call to understand your requirements. The call is free and no points are deducted or blocked until you agree to proceed with this redemption option.

Account and card admins can work with leading executive coaches in exchange for Brex points, booking either of the following options:

1. Three months of 1:1 executive coaching with a seasoned coach
2. Three months of leadership training for up to 16 team members

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Rewards and click 1:1 Coaching > Get started. Step 2: Your first and last name will auto-fill based on your Brex account details. Fill out the intake form with any other required details. Step 3: Click Request package. Step 4: Monitor the email address you entered when booking. We’ll connect you with our coaching representative for an intake call to understand your requirements. The call is free and no points are deducted or blocked until you agree to proceed with this redemption option.

Prefer to redeem points toward travel without using the Brex Travel portal? Brex account and card admins can redeem their Brex rewards points for miles with various airlines and across the three major global airline loyalty alliances: Oneworld, SkyTeam, and Star Alliance. Note: Before transferring your points to miles, you'll need to have an account with one of the following travel partner programs. Once you transfer your points to miles, you can then book flights directly from your travel partner account. You'll also see flights from airlines within these alliances:

• Emirates: Skywards
• Avianca: LifeMiles is part of the Star Alliance (see all airlines in this alliance)
• Singapore Airlines: KrisFlyer is part of the Star Alliance (see all airlines in this alliance)
• Air France KLM: Flying Blue is part of the SkyTeam Alliance (see all airlines in this alliance)
• Aeromexico: Club Premier is part of the SkyTeam Alliance (see all airlines in this alliance)
• Cathay Pacific: Asia Miles is part of the Oneworld Alliance (see all airlines in this alliance)
• Qantas Frequent Flyer is part of the Oneworld Alliance (see all airlines in this alliance)

Note: Beginning October 25, 2021, miles transfer is no longer available with JetBlue TrueBlue. To redeem your Brex points for miles, follow the steps below. Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Rewards. Step 2: Under Redemption options, navigate to Miles and click Redeem. Step 3: Transfer your points to any of the travel partner loyalty programs. Each program is part of a major airline alliance, giving you maximum flexibility for how to use your miles. For example, if you transfer your points to Avianca - LifeMiles miles, you can book flights directly from your Avianca account with other airlines in the Star Alliance. Step 4: Click Transfer on the program of your choice. Step 5: Enter the number of Brex rewards points you want to transfer and select which cardholder to transfer them to (you can transfer points to yourself or any other employee with a Brex card). Step 6: After selecting the cardholder's name, enter their airline membership number. Step 7: Accept the terms and conditions, then click Next. Step 8: Click Confirm to complete the transfer. Congratulations! You've successfully transferred your points. You and the cardholder you transferred the points to will receive a confirmation email shortly. The amount of time it will take for points to appear in your account will vary by travel partner. Please refer to the processing times quoted in the dashboard for the most accurate information about each airline partner.

We don’t support transferring points from one Brex account to another.
