Free DashPass with your Brex card

Overview

As a US-based Brex user, you have access to a free DashPass membership with our partner DoorDash, giving you access to $0 delivery fees and lower service fees. Additionally, you will get 5% back in DoorDash credits on eligible orders when you order through your Business Profile using your Brex card.

Getting Started

Admins and cardholders will have access to DashPass. To access your unique URL, follow the steps below:

Step 1: In your Brex dashboard, select your name in the top right corner and click Personal Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Membership Perks > Free DashPass > Redeem.

Step 3: If you do not have a DoorDash account yet, you will be prompted to create one on DoorDash’s page.

As a Brex admin or user with the specific product capability, you can also navigate to Rewards > Free DashPass to redeem. Note that this unique URL is only applicable to you. Your team can access their URL by following the steps above.

To use the DashPass redemption code, you will not need a new account. While the code is linked to your professional email as set up in your Brex account, you can use your personal email for your DoorDash account.

Existing DashPass members will have to cancel their existing DashPass memberships to redeem the free DashPass perk from Brex. Alternatively, you can create a new DoorDash account for your Brex DashPass membership and still keep your existing DashPass on your existing account. You can then toggle between accounts to process orders.

You will have access to free DashPass as long as you remain in good standing and for the duration of the Brex and DoorDash partnership.

5% Credit Back

As an added bonus, you will also earn 5% personal credits in DoorDash credits on eligible orders when you order through your Business Profile using your Brex card. This credit-back will accumulate based on your subtotal directly in your DoorDash wallet within 48 hours of your order, making it even easier to save on your favorite meals and deliveries. Please note that there is a cap of $50 in credits per transaction and up to $1,000 in credits per year per user. To view your credits, navigate to your DoorDash app, click Me > Settings > Payment Method > DoorDash Credits.

Important Note: The Brex Credit Reward will only be earned on eligible orders that are placed when using an eligible Brex card on your DoorDash Business Profile. No credits will be awarded if an order is placed using a personal profile or an order is placed using a card other than the Brex card linked to the Eligible User's account. The Brex Credit Reward will not be earned on any pickup orders or on any orders that are not eligible for DashPass benefits (including orders placed from Merchants who do not participate in the DashPass program).

Terms and Conditions

Must be an active Brex user in good standing. DashPass benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement excluding fees and taxes. Other fees (including service fees), taxes, and gratuity apply. Eligible Brex users may earn 5% DoorDash credit back on qualifying Brex card orders (max $50 per transaction and $1,000 per year) and 5% back on eligible pickup orders from DashPass merchants (max $100 per order). Credits are based on subtotal (excluding fees and taxes), expire after 180 days, and cannot be used for alcohol, gift cards, nicotine, or other restricted items. Offer is subject to the DashPass terms and the DashPass x Brex terms. The offer will end at the end of the offer period or if you are no longer an active Brex user, at which point your DashPass membership will be automatically canceled.
