Go directly to brex.com and click Sign in. If you're having trouble signing in, please follow the steps below depending on your issue.
If you forgot your password, enter your email address associated with your Brex account on this page. Click Submit and we’ll send you a link to create a new password.
Note: Make sure to check your junk/trash folders.
Not receiving two-factor authentication (2FA) code
If you're not receiving the sign-in sign security code through SMS or your authenticator app, or if the codes aren't working, you'll need to contact us for a reset code. To do so, click the chat icon in the lower-left corner of this page.
If the above suggestions don't help, try clearing your browser's cache. Right-click on the page, click Inspect, and right-click on the refresh button at the top left of your browser. Then click Empty Cache and Hard Reload (Shift + refresh button on your browser).

Force quit: Exit out of the app.
Update: Check to see that you have the most recent version of the app installed.
Reinstall: Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Verify password: Ensure that your device's keychain or password manager is not auto-filling an old password.
