Brex will automatically initiate payment for your statement balance via ACH on the last day of your statement period, which is visible at the top of the Statements page of your Brex dashboard.

Note: This process happens automatically when your statement is due and can’t be turned off.

The amount due will include all transactions that have cleared within the current statement period. Transactions that are still pending on the last day of your statement period will be due at the end of the next statement period.

The length of your statement period will depend on what payment frequency you've selected. Please read What are the differences between making daily and monthly payments? for more information.

Daily payments

If you are on a daily payment cycle, pending card balances are deducted from your Brex business account and any cleared transactions are due the next day.

Monthly payments

If you are on a monthly payment cycle, any cleared transactions within your statement period will be collected from your autopay account on the last business day of your statement period. To change the end date of your statement period or pay Brex on a more frequent basis, you can reach out to our support team or read Can I change my statement period? to learn more.
