When you have a monthly statement card, giving Brex visibility into additional bank accounts can help with increasing or maintaining your stable credit limit. Admins will need to choose an updated bank account to make payments from. Please follow the instructions below for steps on how to successfully connect an additional bank account in order to determine your credit limit and to update your linked autopay account to ensure no interruptions to your spend.
Connecting an account to avoid interruptions to your credit limit
In the Brex dashboard:
Click your company's name at the top right of your dashboard and select Settings.
Under the Bank connections tab, scroll down and click Add bank connection on the right side.
Follow the prompts to enter your online banking credentials.
If you have multiple accounts at the same institution with the same sign-in credentials, all of the accounts will be connected at once. If you have multiple accounts at the same institution with different sign-in credentials, only one account can be connected, and the other must be connected using statement underwriting.
In the Brex mobile app:
Tap the $ icon at the bottom of your home screen.
In the action items section at the top, select Add more funds.
Tap Add new account.
Find your bank and enter your online banking credentials.

Updating your autopay account
Admins can update their autopay account at any time by following the steps below. It's also critical that Brex is validated by an active bank account with sufficient funds to ensure no interruptions. The steps below will further inform how to ensure a successful validation.
In your Brex dashboard, go to Card > Payments.
In the top right, click Choose Auto-Pay Account.
You can select any connected bank account or your Brex business account. We'll immediately deposit and withdraw $.01 for validation.
Important: To avoid any service interruptions, confirm with your bank that Brex is allowlisted for ACH payments with these details:
Organization name: Brex Inc
Organization ID: 8195391000
Note: The next payment you make after updating your autopay account may take 3-5 business days to become available as spending capacity. For more information around how payment schedules with Brex work, please read these articles:
