You can expect your physical Brex card to arrive within seven to ten business days after you or a team member orders one.

From your Brex dashboard, you can view the estimated arrival date or confirm the delivery address.

Step 1: Go to Card > Manage cards > All cards and search your name. If you’re an admin, search the name of the user whose card you’d like to check on.

Step 2: Look through the list of cards and select the one with the status of Shipped.

Step 3: Under the Shipped section, you’ll find the address where the card was sent. Under  Estimated arrival, you’ll see when the card is expected to arrive.

Note: If you need to cancel your physical card’s shipment, please reach out to Brex Support as soon as possible. We generally have up until 4pm PT on the day the card is requested to cancel the shipment.

Step 2: In the Received your card in the mail? text box above the image of your card, click View shipping details.

Step 3: In the popup window, under Estimated arrival date, you’ll see when the card is expected to arrive. The Shipping to section will show you the address where the card was sent.
