You can expect your physical Brex card to arrive within seven to ten business days after you or a team member orders one.
From your Brex dashboard, you can view the estimated arrival date or confirm the delivery address.
Step 1: Go to Card > Manage cards > All cards and search your name. If you’re an admin, search the name of the user whose card you’d like to check on.
Step 2: Look through the list of cards and select the one with the status of Shipped.
Step 3: Under the Shipped section, you’ll find the address where the card was sent. Under Estimated arrival, you’ll see when the card is expected to arrive.
Note: If you need to cancel your physical card’s shipment, please reach out to Brex Support as soon as possible. We generally have up until 4pm PT on the day the card is requested to cancel the shipment.

Step 2: You’ll see an alert named Your physical card ending in [####] was ordered. The estimated delivery date will be provided in the alert’s header.
Step 3: For more information on the shipment, click Details.
