I received a suspicious email from Brex.

Phishing is a method where scammers try to gather personal information using deceptive emails and websites. If you are ever unsure whether it is Brex contacting you or a scammer, please hang up and call the Brex Support line listed below.

How to identify phishing

The Brex support team will only contact you via email from support@brex.com, support-ops@brex.com, or via a phone call. Brex staff will never ask you for your password nor will you ever be asked to provide your password or two-factor authentication code anywhere except on the Brex sign-in pages (https://dashboard.brex.com and https://accounts.brex.com). The only code the support team will ever ask you for is a 6-digit identity verification code.

What to do if you responded to a phishing attempt

If you provided your Brex password to anyone else, please contact Brex Support immediately so we can help secure your account and ensure no fraudulent transactions have occurred.
