I received a suspicious email from Brex
Phishing is a method where scammers try to gather personal information using deceptive emails and websites. If you’re ever unsure whether it’s Brex contacting you or a scammer, please hang up and chat with Brex Support at the link below.
How to identify phishing
The Brex Support team will only contact you via email from support@brex.com, support-ops@brex.com, concierge@brex.com, noreply@comms.brex.com, reviews@brex.com, communitysupport@brex.com, vip-support@brex.com, or via phone. Brex staff will never ask you for your password nor will you ever need to provide your password or two-factor authentication code anywhere except on the Brex sign-in pages (https://dashboard.brex.com and https://accounts.brex.com). The only code our support team will ever ask you for is a 6-digit identity verification code.
What to do if you responded to a phishing attempt
If you provided your Brex password to anyone else, please contact Brex Support immediately so we can help secure your account and review account activity for any fraudulent transactions.
