How to identify phishing
The Brex Support team will only contact you via email from firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, or via phone. Brex staff will never ask you for your password nor will you ever need to provide your password or two-factor authentication code anywhere except on the Brex sign-in pages (https://dashboard.brex.com and https://accounts.brex.com). The only code our support team will ever ask you for is a 6-digit identity verification code.
What to do if you responded to a phishing attempt
If you provided your Brex password to anyone else, please contact Brex Support immediately so we can help secure your account and review account activity for any fraudulent transactions.
