If you have questions about a specific card transaction, you can contact our support team for help by following the steps below.
Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Card > Transactions.
Step 2: Choose the specific transaction you have questions about and click Contact support team in the details pane.
Step 3: This will open a draft email to our support team. Under What do you need help with?, choose the most relevant topic, enter a message to send to Brex Support, and upload any applicable files. Once you’re done, click Send email.

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Expenses.
Step 2: Choose the specific transaction you have questions about and, in the details pane, click the three dots > Contact support team.
Step 3: This will open a draft email to our support team. Under What do you need help with?, choose the most relevant topic, enter a message to send to Brex Support, and upload any applicable files. Once you’re done, click Send email.
