How do I pull transaction reports?

In addition to the card statements you receive every statement period, you can also generate a custom transaction report at any time. This report includes all transactions  — either on a single card or for your entire account — within the date range that you specify.

All account transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Card > Transactions.

Step 2: Customize your report by selecting a date range. You can also narrow down transactions by whether they have receipts or memos attached, or whether the transaction was disputed.

Step 3: Click Export on the right and choose the report format you want.

Note: To view attached receipts or memos, please select the  Excel file option.

Step 4: Click Download.

Specific card transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Card > Manage cards > Your cards.

Note: If the card you want to pull a transaction report for is not assigned to you, instead go to Card > Manage cards > All cards and search for the team member’s name.

Step 2: Click the three dots below the card and select View transactions.

Step 3: Click Export on the right. Select a date range and choose the report format you want.

Step 4: Click Download.
