In addition to the card statements you receive every statement period, you can also generate a custom transaction report at any time. This report includes all transactions  — either on a single card or for your entire account — within the date range that you specify.

All account card transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Card > Transactions.

Step 2: Customize your report by selecting a date range. You can also narrow down transactions by whether they have receipts or memos attached, or whether the transaction was disputed. Your search can also be customized by inputting the last 4 digits of a card, merchant category, or department.

Step 3: Click Export on the right and choose the report format you want.

Note: To view attached memos, please select the  Excel file option.

Step 4: Click Download.

All account cash transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Cash > Transactions.

Step 2: Customize your report by selecting a date range.

Step 3: Click Export on the right.

Specific card transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Card > Manage cards > Your cards.

Note: If the card you want to pull a transaction report for is not assigned to you, instead go to Card > Manage cards > All cards and search for the team member’s name.

Step 2: Click the three dots below the card and select View transactions.

Step 3: Click Export on the right. Select a date range and choose the report format you want.

Step 4: Click Download.

All account card transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Expenses.

Step 2:
Review and select the filters you want to apply for your custom report. You may select any date range, expense type, budget(s), out-of-policy transactions, or transaction status. The list of transactions will update automatically with the filters you’ve selected.

Step 3: Once all filters are set, click Export.

You'll then see a banner indicating that your export is in progress, which will update to show when it's complete. If you’d like, you can also select the option to receive a notification email once the export is ready for download.

All account cash transactions

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Accounts > Brex Cash > Transactions.

Step 2: Customize your report by selecting a date range.

Step 3: Click Export on the right.
