Admins can request a physical Brex card on behalf of activated users by following the steps below. Once the steps have been completed, the user will be sent an email prompt to fill out their shipping details. The physical card will only be issued after the user has provided their shipping address.
Note: This process will only work if the user has already accepted their invitation to use Brex and does not already have a physical card.
Step 1: Under Team, search for the cardholder using the search bar and click their name.
Step 2: Next to the Cards section in the user details on the right, click the three dots and select Add physical card.
Step 3: Click Confirm and the user will receive an email asking them for their shipping address.
If you're not able to request a physical card in any of the scenarios above, please reach out to Brex Support.
Admins aren’t able to request a new physical card on behalf of other users but you can request to replace an existing one by following the steps below.
Step 1: Under Team, search for the cardholder using the search bar and click their name.
Step 2: Next to the Cards section in the user details on the right, click the 3 dots next to the card you want to replace.
Step 3: Click Replace.
