# Pilot and QuickBooks Online integration

## Overview

Pilot will set up the automatic feed of Brex transactions into QuickBooks Online as part of the bookkeeping process. If you don’t already have a Pilot account, you can [sign up here](https://pilot.com/partner/brex/?utm_medium=web&utm_source=partner&utm_campaign=brex_referrals/).

## Setup instructions

**Step 1:** Make sure all of the following are true:

- You’re a Pilot customer using bookkeeping services.
- You use QuickBooks as your primary ERP platform.
- You’ve disabled your QuickBooks ERP integration before initializing the Pilot integration to prevent duplicate transactions in your ERP.

**Step 2: **Follow the steps [here](https://app.pilot.com/add-institution/veyond/sync) to grant access to your new Brex account.  
  
**Step 3: **Once Pilot has access, they’ll set up the integration between Brex, Pilot, and QuickBooks Online for you. To avoid duplicate transactions, please avoid enabling the Brex <> QuickBooks Online integration yourself.  
  
After Pilot has set up the integration, Brex transactions will automatically start exporting over to Pilot and QuickBooks Online daily.
