Brex ERP integrations
This article refers to a feature that might not be available in your current Brex plan. If you'd like to learn more about this feature and how to unlock additional capabilities in Brex's upgraded plans, please have your account or card admin reach out to Brex Support by clicking on Support in your dashboard.
Overview
Brex integrates with a number of key industry-standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This allows you to synchronize your ERP data with Brex, automate and set your coding within Brex, and export your transactions and bills seamlessly to your ERP.
Brex supports ERP connections in two ways:
- Direct sync integrations connect Brex to supported ERP systems to help automate transaction exports and coding workflows.
- Manual import/export options let you use the accounting features and automations in Brex, then export Brex data and upload it to your accounting system.
If your ERP is not directly supported, you can still use Custom Accounting to export Brex data into your ERP. It’s a flexible, robust option that supports many of Brex’s accounting automations and does not require any additional cost.

Manual import/export options
If you don’t use a direct sync ERP integration, you can still export Brex data and upload it into your accounting system.
Custom Accounting (Universal CSV)
This is a flexible option if you do not use a direct ERP sync. It lets them use many of Brex’s accounting automations, including custom accounting fields, mappings, and automated workflows, and then export data via CSV files for upload into any ERP.
QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
QuickBooks Desktop does not support a direct sync integration with Brex. You will be able to export data from Brex and manually upload it to QuickBooks Desktop.
Removing an integration
Account admins, card admins, bookkeepers, and any other users with the specific product capability can disable the existing integration between Brex and their accounting software by following the steps below. Step 1: Click Accounting on the left side of your Brex dashboard. Step 2: Go to ERP settings. Step 3: Click on the three dots after your ERP name, and select disconnect. Note: If you reconnect to the same account, your mapping rules will remain the same in your dashboard.
