New Merchant Spend Offer

Offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive this email. You will participate in this new merchant spend offer (“New Merchant Spend Offer”) by using your Brex card for any card spend with any qualifying New Vendor (described below); by participating in this New Merchant Spend Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms. Earn additional rewards (detailed below) when you use your Brex card for card spend with any qualifying merchant/vendor that you have never paid via Brex cards in October 2024 (a “New Vendor”). New Vendors exclude transactions processed through Plastiq as well as certain transactions that do not earn rewards as outlined in our Rewards Terms and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion. Points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared transaction amounts spent using Brex cards with New Vendors during each Earning Period (defined below). All points earned through the New Merchant Spend Offer are in addition to any points accrual under your current rewards structure with Brex.
Earn extra points for every dollar spent on New Vendors during each Earning Period as defined below (up to 500,000 additional points per Earning Period):
1. Aggregate Cleared New Vendor Brex Card Spend (USD): <=$499,999
- Points Award Rate: 30%
- Eligible Points Bonus per Earning Period: Up to 150,000
2. Aggregate Cleared New Vendor Brex Card Spend (USD): $500,000-$999,999
- Points Award Rate: 40%
- Eligible Points Bonus per Earning Period: 200,000-400,000
3. Aggregate Cleared New Vendor Brex Card Spend (USD): $1,000,000+
- Points Award Rate: 50%
- Eligible Points Bonus per Earning Period: 500,000 (Max)
The New Merchant Spend Offer will run from November 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025 (the “Offer Window”); within the Offer Window, there will be three Earning Periods (November 1, 2024 - November 30, 2024; December 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024; and January 1, 2025 - January 31, 2025), each as of 11:59 PM Pacific Time. For each Earning Period, your card spend with New Vendors will be determined based on the net cleared transactions at New Vendors during that Earning Period (for each Earning Period, the “Aggregate Cleared New Vendor Brex Card Spend”). Consistent with the chart above, your points bonus per Earning Period will be calculated based on your Aggregate Cleared New Vendor Brex Card Spend in each Earning Period. For example, if you spend $800,000 USD with qualifying New Vendors between November 1, 2024 and November 30, 2024, you will earn an additional 320,000 points. You can earn a maximum of 500,000 bonus points per Earning Period. Aggregate Cleared New Vendor Brex Card Spend earned in each Earning Period will be aggregated and the total points earned across the entire Offer Window will be granted within 6 weeks of the end of the Offer Window.
In order to receive bonus points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time during the Offer Window. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated bonuses. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any bonuses that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserved the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
