## Live training FAQ

### Are the live training sessions recorded?

Yes, please email your Customer Success Manager or [success@brex.com](mailto:success@brex.com) for the most recent recording. We still recommend attending a live session so you can see the most up-to-date version of the Brex platform and ask questions in real time. Live trainings are offered weekly, so if you miss one — join the next!

### Can I set up 1:1 training with an expert instead?

Yes, we're here to help. Simply email your CSM or [success@brex.com](mailto:success@brex.com) to request a live 1:1 training session.

### How can I request more training topics?

### How do I know which Brex plan I have?

You can check your Brex billing statement to find your plan name (e.g., Essentials or Premium), or you can contact your CSM, email success@brex.com, or use Live Chat — and we'll be happy to get that information for you.

### Will you offer training sessions in more time zones?

If you don't see a live training session time that works for you, please reach out at success@brex.com to receive recording or schedule a 1:1 session. We'll also be adding more session dates, times, and even topics to our training sessions in the coming months.
