You can request a user limit increase from your admin or manager at any time, right in your Brex dashboard.

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to the Card > Manage cards.

Step 2: Below your current Monthly limit, click Request a limit increase.

Note: This will only be possible if you don’t already have a temporary user limit increase request in place.

Step 3: Input the new limit you’d like to request, the time frame of the requested limit, and the reason for the request.

Step 4: Click Submit.

After submitting, your approver will receive an email notification about your request.

The ability to request an increase for an existing budget isn’t yet available via the dashboard or mobile app. To  increase a budget, please reach out to your admin directly.

Alternatively, you can request a new budget.
