How do I set up the Pilot integration?


Pilot will set up the automatic feed of Brex transactions into QuickBooks Online as part of the bookkeeping process. If you don’t already have a Pilot account, you can sign up here.

Requirements

  • You must be a Pilot customer using bookkeeping services.

  • You must use QuickBooks as your primary ERP platform.

  • You must have disabled your QuickBooks ERP integration before initializing the Pilot integration to prevent duplicate transactions in your ERP.

Setup instructions

Step 1: Please follow the steps here to grant access to your new Brex account.

Step 2: Once Pilot has access, Pilot will set up the integration between Brex, Pilot, and QuickBooks Online for you–please don’t enable the Brex <> QuickBooks Online integration yourself to avoid duplicate transactions.
Once Pilot has set up the integration, Brex transactions will automatically start exporting over to Pilot and QuickBooks Online daily.
