How do I reset my 2FA?


To best protect your account’s security, we use 2FA (two-factor authentication) when you sign in. If you use an authenticator app like Twilio Authy or Google Authenticator and aren’t receiving the code, you can reset your 2FA method via the sign in process

Note: If you’ve elected to receive SMS codes to complete 2FA, this option won’t be available. Instead, please chat with Brex Support to reset your 2FA.

Step 1: Sign in with your email and password.

Step 2: When asked to enter a 6-digit code, click Reset your two-factor authentication below Enter code.

Step 3: We’ll send a 6-digit SMS code to the phone number associated with your Brex account. Enter the code on this page and click Sign in.

Step 4: You’ll receive a verification email to the device you signed in with. Open the email using the same device and choose Trust this device.


Step 5: Follow the  prompts to secure your account by resetting your 2FA method.
