How do I export my Brex transactions to my active integration?
As an admin or bookkeeper, you are able to export transactions to your active integration by following the steps below:
Step 1: Click Integrations on the left side of your Brex dashboard.
Step 2: Click Manage under the active integration to which you want to export.
Step 3: Click Review & Export in the upper right corner.
Step 4: Review your company's transactions to ensure that categories have been applied correctly and that receipts are attached.
Step 5: When you’re ready, enter in a date range and click Export to export all of your company's previously un-exported transactions within the time frame you indicated. If this is your first time exporting, all transactions posted prior to your export time frame will be cleared from your Review and export page.
Step 6: Select whether you would like to export directly to your accounting software or export the transactions as a CSV file. Choosing either option will mark these transactions as exported and avoid duplicates the next time you export.
Note: While previously exported transactions can no longer be exported directly to your integration, you can still download these transactions to a CSV from the Expenses page or the Transactions page. To view Transactions, go to Accounts, click on your account, then go to Transactions
