Once you've completed a transaction with your Brex card, you won't be able to cancel the transaction.

If you placed the transaction in error, please reach out to your account or card admin.

If you were charged wrongfully, please reach out to the merchant directly to request a refund. If your request is not honored, you may file a merchant dispute by reading How can I submit a merchant dispute?.
