By default, reimbursements are processed daily. This means that your funding source will have a bulk pull once per day, and employees will receive a batched payout once per day. All of these transactions are accounted for via cash accounting.

In your dashboard Step 1: Go to either Expenses (if you have it) or Wallet and click Request reimbursement. If you haven’t already, connect the personal bank account where you’d like to receive the reimbursement.
Requesting less than the expense amount When going through the flow to submit a reimbursement request, the Amount field may auto-populate to the entire cost of the expense you’re requesting reimbursement for.
Reasons for failure There are multiple reasons why a reimbursement request might fail. Some examples include inputting an invalid account/routing number, attempting to use an unverified bank account, or exceeding your 7-day rolling reimbursement limit.
Account and card admins will see a list of reimbursements needing approval in Inbox > Reimbursements On your app, these will appear in your Inbox. To approve a reimbursement, click an expense, view details on the right, and click Approve.

When submitting your first reimbursement, you’ll be asked to set up a personal bank account for use with reimbursements and repayments. You can also set this up by clicking your name at the top right of your dashboard and selecting Manage Your Account.
Account admins, card admins, and managers can set up reimbursements to be funded in local currency to international employees’ local bank accounts. This eliminates any foreign exchange conversions and helps streamline accounting. Your entity also must have a local bank account funded in the location’s primary currency.
