How does Brex work with LegalZoom?

We partner with LegalZoom to help sole proprietorships incorporate and become eligible to use Brex.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Apply for Brex and during the application flow, form your business entity with LegalZoom (if you’re not yet incorporated).

Step 2: We’ll prefill your Brex application with the information that you give LegalZoom.

Step 3: If you’re approved for a Brex account, spend $1,000 within your first 90 days and we’ll give you 30,000 rewards points to offset the cost of your LegalZoom business formation package. State fees will still apply.
