How can I create and manage policies?


Expense policies are tied to every budget to help empower spend management. Creating and editing policies is available using Policy Creator.

A starter policy is assigned anytime a new budget is created and can be customized to fit the budget’s specific needs.

Step 1: Click Settings > Expenses to see saved policies.

Step 2: Click Create new policy to start a policy from scratch, or click on an existing policy to review and edit.

Step 3: Customize rules for merchants and categories, including maximum spend for each, and verify documentation requirements.
