What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to lead our Workplace team. You will revolutionize office utilization within our culture. This role involves managing our global office portfolio and spearheading strategies to cultivate an engaging and productive workplace community, elevating our employee experience.  You will have a robust background in workplace strategy and operational excellence, capable of driving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across diverse locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our Global Workplace Strategy, aligning with our culture, business objectives, and industry standards.
  • Manage the Workplace budget, including operating expenses, and analyze cost-effective measures for optimizing office space.
  • Oversee all facets of facilities management, services, and resources to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track KPIs, including in-person metrics and space efficiency, providing leadership with actionable insights.
  • Cultivate and refine relationships with vendor partners, including Real Estate Brokers, Property Management, Contractor Services, and Food & Beverage, to maximize value.
  • Lead project planning with IT, Finance, Security, and HR leaders to strategize new office-build initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce Workplace objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience team on in-office events and engagement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance engagement, and foster a supportive environment.
  • Work closely with the People team to maintain office policies, facilitate employee onboarding/offboarding, and support company initiatives.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in workplace and employee experience.
  • Travel to local office at least twice a week to ensure alignment and support.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety requirements related to workplace operations.
  • Manage internal communications and documentation pertaining to the workplace, including updates, office moves, and general office information.
  • Take on ad hoc projects, as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ years working in workplace experience in the areas of Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace Management
  • Proven success in managing Workplace budgets for a global portfolio and relationships with Real Estate brokerages
  • This role will need to be near our SF Office
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Enthusiastic analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated  experience in developing strategic solutions with data and trends to drive impact
  • Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite and G Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • High level of understanding of how change management works with companies in various industries
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest innovative ideas and improvements
  • Ability to travel

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $152,000 - $190,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
