What is Impark?

Founded in 1962, Impark is one of the largest parking management companies in North America, operating approximately 3,400 facilities across more than 240 cities in the United States and Canada. The company serves a broad range of clients including REITs, healthcare facilities, universities, stadiums, hotels, and municipalities, managing parking on their behalf rather than owning facilities directly. Customers typically pay location-specific monthly parking fees, which vary widely based on city, facility type, and access hours. Impark operates under the Reimagined Parking family of brands, alongside Lanier Parking, Republic Parking, AmeriPark, and Park One.
