Referral bonuses
Overview
Inviting friends and founders to get their own Brex cards is a great way to help them access the same security and efficiency you've been enjoying. Referring is easy: share your custom signup link and if your referral is approved, you'll receive a reward! To thank you for each company that you successfully refer to Brex, you'll receive a $250 Amazon gift card and so will the company you referred. To receive the reward, the company you refer must be approved and spend $1,000 using their Brex card. We'll deliver the gift cards at the beginning of the month following the month that your referral hits $1,000 in spend. They do not have to surpass this $1,000 threshold in a specific time window.

To start referring, an account or card admin can follow the instructions below.
In your dashboard
Step 1: Go to Rewards > Referrals > View details. Step 2: Here you can invite another company via email or copy your customized referral link to share on other channels. Step 3: Once you've referred one or more companies, they will appear on this page so you can track their status. To earn a referral bonus, the status of the company that you referred must be Completed, meaning that they’ve both signed up for Brex and met the requirement of spending $1,000 across their company’s Brex cards.
Referral approval
While we appreciate referrals, we can only deliver referral bonuses for referred companies that meet our approval requirements. If the company you referred does not meet our approval requirements, you won't receive a gift card. Please continue referring other companies for more chances to be rewarded.
Referral rewards tracking
When one of your referrals meets their qualifications, we'll send a notification email to both of you to celebrate. You can also track your referrals in the Rewards > Referrals section of your Brex dashboard. On this page, you'll see whether a company has been invited, whether they signed up, and whether the referral has been completed. The referral will not be complete until the referred company is approved and reaches the $1,000 spending requirement.
