How do I opt-in for two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your account. To set up 2FA, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click your company's name at the top right of your dashboard and select Settings.

Step 2: On the Personal tab, click on Setup next to Two-Factor Authentication

Step 3: Enter the phone number we should send your verification code to and click Continue; please note that your phone number will replace any existing phone number and will be used for customer communications and fraud prevention

Step 4: Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number and click Continue

You’re all set! Please note that once you have enabled 2FA on your account, it cannot be disabled.
