How do I change the email address associated with my account?


Currently, the only way to update the email address associated with your Brex account is to contact our support team.

Send an email address update request to Brex Support via live chat so that we can update your account details.

Once updated, your new email address will also apply to the following:

  • Sign-in email for the Brex dashboard and mobile app

  • Receipt forwarding to receipts@brex.com

  • Email notifications from Brex

Note: You can only have one email on file. By updating it, the old email address will no longer be associated with your account.
