About Vibe.co

TV Advertising that unlocks growth for businesses

Vibe.co is a performance TV advertising platform built for marketing teams who've hit a ceiling on Meta, Google, and other search and social channels. The company gives brands a fast, simple way to launch campaigns on connected TV and out-of-home placements. Founded in 2022 with headquarters in New York City and Paris, Vibe.co has grown from eight employees to nearly 160 in roughly a year and recently closed its Series B.

Challenges

A payments platform with weak rewards

Before Brex, Vibe.co used Cledara to manage recurring vendor and subscription payments. It worked, but the monthly fees were steep, the rewards program was limited, and it didn't cover all of Vibe.co's card spend, leaving gaps in visibility into software spend trends.

For a fast-scaling Series B, that gap mattered most. Vibe.co needed a way to manage the same payments without the monthly overhead, get real-time spend visibility, and wanted a rewards program that gave them meaningful rewards for all their vendor spend.

Solution

Consolidated payments, total-spend visibility, and business-building rewards

Vibe.co moved recurring vendor and subscription payments onto Brex corporate cards, included at no extra cost. They also set up Brex's native integrations with Xero for accounting and Rippling for payroll, and with the Brex dashboard and mobile app, they were able to see all spend across cards and payments in one place. On top of that, every subscription renewal, recurring vendor payment, and piece of software Vibe.co was already paying for started accruing Brex rewards points.

That last part wasn't why Vibe.co came to Brex. It was a fortunate byproduct.

The reason those points mattered traces back a few months. Before Vibe.co selected Brex, their marketing team found themselves sitting on a viral moment. They had rented 10 LED trucks to drive traffic to a ChatGPT prompt comparing Vibe.co against its competition, and the stunt took off on social. The team saw out-of-home as a real growth channel and wanted to double down.

With a lean three-person marketing team, Vibe.co was navigating the complexity of a national OOH campaign for the first time. Vendors started coming in with pitches, and one quoted $500,000 for a single week of billboards.

"We were thinking there's probably a better and more optimal way to invest in driving awareness"

— Senda Babdallah, Director of Brand & PMM at Vibe.co.

What they didn’t realize yet was that the solution was already sitting in their Brex account.

Impact

Automated payments, and a $128,000 campaign that doubled web traffic

As points began to accrue, the marketing team leaned in. They had seen OOH work, but building a full national campaign would take months of time and resources the team didn’t have. This is when they found Brex Billboard Rewards, the full-service OOH planning and execution arm of Brex Rewards. When Senda learned the value of the points the team had built up, the question stopped being “can we afford to test this?” and started being “where should we place first?”

"Points become a marketing investment without burning cash runway."

The Brex team gave Vibe.co the playbook they didn't have. "Brex really helped educate us on OOH and what we needed to know to meet our objectives," Senda said. "They shared the best way to use our budget and picked target markets where our prospects are, with an entire heat map." Instead of taking the first vendor pitch, the team benchmarked costs, negotiated rates, and chose strategic placements with expert guidance built in.

In just three months on Brex, the results landed. Subscription payments were automated at no additional fee, spend visibility multiplied, and the team earned enough points for a strategic OOH campaign spanning four placements, valued at $128,000. For comparable exposure, Vibe.co’s initial vendor quote had been $500,000. Brex’s deep knowledge of the OOH space and our preferred partner status with key OOH operators cut that by 74%, and compressed a month of strategy work into a couple of phone calls.

"We've saved at least a month of time thinking about our OOH strategy with Brex's help, and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars with negotiations and rewards."

Since launching its first OOH campaign on Brex in January 2026, Vibe.co’s web traffic has doubled in less than a month. The team amplified the campaign to social, where a single X post featuring a photo of one of the billboards generated millions of impressions.

“With Brex, we're saving money while seeing results. This is what intelligent finance looks like."

– Senda Babdallah, Director of Brand & PMM at Vibe.co.
