**New features**

Capabilities with individual opt-in toggles found in [_Settings > Features in early access_](https://dashboard.brex.com/settings/early-access).

- **Legal and preferred names for Brex users:** Manage a legal name for compliance and a preferred name for display, with dedicated settings for each. This helps avoid onboarding and card-issuance issues when a user’s legal and preferred names differ. [Learn more](https://www.brex.com/support/update-user-details).



**Experience upgrades**

Interface improvements and quality updates rolled up into a single toggle in [_Settings > Automatic experience updates_](https://dashboard.brex.com/settings/early-access).

- **Refreshed Wallet and navigation in the Brex mobile app:** The Wallet tab and navigation got an upgrade for a simpler way to view your card details and faster performance across the mobile experience. [Learn more](https://www.brex.com/support/manage-your-card).
- **Send expenses to review and export faster:** In the Accounting journal, send expenses to _Review_ and export to ERP faster (or send back to _Prepare_) with new quick actions and an “Export All” option in the Review tab. - **Bulk amortization edits for Netsuite users:** Edit NetSuite amortization start and end dates directly in the Accounting journal across multiple transactions. [Learn more](https://www.brex.com/support/brex-dashboard-accounting-page#accounting-journal).
- **Per-transaction caps for User Limits:** Set a maximum dollar amount per transaction directly on a User Limit, so any single purchase over that threshold is automatically blocked. [Learn more](https://www.brex.com/support/manage-your-card#update-your-card-s-limit).
- **More ways to search and organize bills:** Review, approve, and pay bills with more options to search, filter, and group in the Bills table. [Learn more](https://www.brex.com/support/bill-pay-overview#setup).
- **Support Hub in a cleaner panel:** Contact support and access Help Center resources through an updated panel that makes opening tickets, submitting suggestions, and finding the right Help Center articles much faster.
