We've separated employee sync from employee invites, giving you the flexibility to set up and verify that spend management within Brex Empower is working as expected ahead of inviting your organization to use Empower. Admins can connect their HRIS or use CSV upload and have the option to sync all employees to Brex, without sending them invites yet. Instead, you can add employees, complete your setup of spend management features (budget programs, accounting, etc.), verify functionality, and then invite your employees to start using Brex.
