Build more powerful and dynamic policy rules

Brex now lets you build more customizable documentation requirements, approval chains, and merchant restrictions with if-this-then-that rules.

Policy rules can be created using accounting, user, and custom fields, giving you the flexibility you need to drive spend compliance. Conditions allow you to create multiple rules in a single policy, removing configuration overhead. Approval chains can target vendor owners to dynamically route approvals.

The new policy rule builder will be generally available for customers on the Essentials edition. This will be coming soon for all other editions.
