Include ERP field value IDs with display name

Accounting admins can now enable a per-field toggle that appends the ERP field value ID to the display name in Brex. This makes it easier to distinguish values that share the same name but different IDs (for example, multiple projects or classes with identical names).

Accounting admins can toggle "Include IDs with value names" on a per-field basis in the Fields Library. When enabled, each value in that field displays as "ID - Value Name” (for example "001 - Admin " and "002 - Admin”). This makes it easy for employees to select the correct value.

The setting is configurable per field from the Fields Library and applies across transaction details, mappings, rules, reviews, and exports. This update gives accounting teams a clearer, more reliable way to review and work with ERP-backed values in Brex.

To enable this feature, ensure you’re opted into Early Access features by going to Settings > Early Access and toggling on Enable early access features.

To enable the per-field toggle, go to Accounting > Fields Library and select Configure Field.
