Import select NetSuite fields, check permissions

Brex now gives accounting teams more control over how NetSuite fields are imported, with a new field-level import flow and built-in permissions check.

During integration setup or reconnect, Brex lists all supported NetSuite fields, including chart of accounts, dimensions, subsidiaries, and currencies, and runs per-field sync checks via NetSuite's APIs.

Fields your NetSuite role can't access are automatically identified so they don't block the overall import. Mandatory fields are clearly enforced, and you can select only the fields you actually want to sync.

Once set up, you can refresh individual fields from the Fields Library without re-importing everything. This helps reduce import time, avoid permission errors, and give you more granular control over how Brex and NetSuite stay in sync.
