To establish good compliance habits early on for newly onboarded users, we are introducing a new compliance education experience. This includes a compliance educational email that directly links to a documentation requirement guide within Brex.

This will initially apply to new users who have a card expense with documentation requirements. Through this tailored experience, we expect to reduce the rate of non-compliant first expenses and drive high compliance early on which should have a lasting effect as the new user continues to use Brex.
