T&E Spend Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions

You will participate in this Travel & Expenses (“T&E”) bonus points offer (“Bonus Points Offer” or “Offer”) by using your Brex card(s) for any qualifying T&E spend (described below). By participating in this Bonus Points Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as the Brex Rewards Terms. Offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive a Bonus Points Offer email. Earn rewards (detailed below) when you use your Brex card(s) for any qualifying T&E spend. Qualifying T&E spend is airline expenses, bars & nightlife, car rental, clothing, conferences, food delivery, gas & fuel, grocery, laundry, lodging, parking expenses, private air travel, public transportation, restaurants, rideshare & taxi, toll & bridge fees, travel wi-fi, and vehicle expenses transactions, excluding transactions processed through Plastiq as well as certain transactions that do not earn rewards as outlined in our Rewards Terms and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion. Points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared qualifying T&E spend transaction amounts spent using Brex cards during the Offer Window (defined below).

During the limited time period from July 1 - September 30, 2026, use your Brex card(s) to pay for qualifying T&E spend to earn 2 extra bonus points for every $1 spent, up to 500,000 points.

The Bonus Points Offer will run from July 1st to September 30th, 2026 (the “Offer Window”). Your qualifying T&E spend will be determined based on the net cleared qualifying T&E spend transaction amounts spent using Brex cards during that Offer Window. You will earn 2 extra bonus points for every $1 of cleared qualifying T&E spend on your Brex Card(s), up to 500,000 points.

Points earned in the Offer Window will be granted in bulk within 30 days of the end of the Offer Window. In order to receive bonus points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time during the Offer Window. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated bonuses. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any bonuses that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserved the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
