Brex Spend Migration Campaign Terms and Conditions

This Spend Migration Campaign is open only to Brex card customers that have received this email offer directly from Brex. One Administrator per Brex card customer participating in this campaign shall be eligible to earn a $300 gift card once you migrate at least five (5) vendors with recurring operational (non-T&E) spend via the Spend Migration dashboard to Brex by December 31, 2024, and those vendors conduct their first Brex transaction by January 31, 2025. Any gift card earned by an Administrator of a Brex card customer as a result of their participation in this campaign will be awarded to the Administrator no sooner than 60 calendar days after the fifth migrated vendor has conducted their first spend on Brex. Eligible spend includes purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and does not include fees, fines, purchases of prepaid cards, gift cards, or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, or cash withdrawals. If we determine in our sole discretion that you have engaged in abuse or misuse in connection with this campaign in any way, we may cancel the rewards points or terminate your Brex account.
