Brex Spend Migration Campaign Terms and Conditions

This Spend Migration Campaign is open only to Brex card customers that have received this email offer directly from Brex. To be eligible for the additional bonus points, Brex card customers participating in this campaign must migrate at least five (5) vendors with recurring operational (non-T&E) spend via the Spend Migration dashboard to Brex by 11:59pm PST on December 31, 2024, and those vendors must conduct their first Brex transaction by January 31, 2025. Any additional bonus points earned by the customer as a result of this Spend Migration Campaign will be awarded to the customer no sooner than 60 calendar days after the fifth migrated vendor has conducted their first spend on Brex. Eligible spend includes purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and does not include fees, fines, purchases of prepaid cards, gift cards, or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, or cash withdrawals. If we determine in our sole discretion that you have engaged in abuse or misuse in connection with this campaign in any way, we may cancel the rewards points or terminate your Brex account.
