Brex Spend Migration Campaign Terms and Conditions

This Spend Migration Campaign is open only to Brex card customers that have received this email offer directly from Brex. Brex card customers participating in this campaign are eligible to receive 2x rewards points per dollar spent on recurring operational (non-T&E) spend from net new vendors (with no historical Brex card spend) migrated via the Spend Migration dashboard to Brex by 11:59pm PST on December 31, 2024, such vendor spend to be eligible for the additional rewards points accrual until 11:59pm PST on Feb 28, 2025. Any additional bonus points shall be received at the end of February 2025. Eligible spend includes purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and does not include fees, fines, purchases of prepaid cards, gift cards, or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, or cash withdrawals. If we determine in our sole discretion that you have engaged in abuse or misuse in connection with this campaign in any way, we may cancel the rewards points or terminate your Brex account.
