Spend Bonus Terms and Conditions

You will participate in this Q4 spend offer (“Spend Offer”) by using your Brex card for any card spend with any Qualifying Vendor (described below); by participating in this Spend Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms. This offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive a Spend Offer email. Earn additional rewards (detailed below) when you use your Brex card for card spend with any qualifying merchant/vendor excluding transactions processed through Plastiq as well as certain transactions that do not earn rewards as outlined in our Rewards Terms and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion (“Qualifying Vendor”). Points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared transaction amounts spent using Brex cards with Qualifying Vendors during each Earning Period (defined below). All points earned through the Spend Offer are in addition to any points accrual under your current rewards structure with Brex.

Earn extra points when you spend on Qualifying Vendors during the Offer Window as defined below:

The Spend Offer will run from October 27, 2025 through December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. In the Offer Window, your card spend with Qualifying Vendors will be determined based on the net cleared transactions at Qualifying Vendors during the Offer Window ( the “Aggregate Cleared Qualifying Vendor Brex Card Spend”). You will earn bonus points based on your Aggregate Cleared Qualifying Vendor Brex Card Spend in the Offer Window, consistent with the following:

Spend amount of $8,000 = Earn 50,000 bonus points

Points earned will be granted in bulk within 30 days of the end of the Offer Window. A maximum bonus of 50,000 bonus points will be awarded.In order to receive bonus points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time during the Offer Window. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated bonuses. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any bonuses that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserved the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
