Swag Social Media Promo Terms and Conditions

This giveaway is open only to Brex customers in the United States. To be eligible, the individual submitting the entry (“the Entrant”) must be 18 or older at the time of drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase from Brex will not increase the odds of winning. This giveaway is sponsored by Brex Inc. (“Brex”), with a business address of 650 S 500 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, and employees of Brex are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter, you must create a post in the social thread announcing the promo on September 18th that describes your company in 3 emojis. You must be in the first 3 to do so in order to win. Each entrant may only enter one time.

Entries must not:

• Disparage Brex or any other person or entity;
• Include personally identifiable, sensitive or confidential information;
• Contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that is dangerous, fraudulent, inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• Contain or reference prohibited content which shall include, but not be limited to, any reference to: gambling; use of firearms; illegal drugs; pornography, nudity, profanity or other adult content; violence; any mistreatment in any way of animals; terrorism or terrorist acts, or the taking up of arms against any person, government or entity;
• Contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, or age; and/or
• Promote any unlawful, illegal, unsafe, dangerous or reckless behavior.

NOTE: If any entry fails to comply with any of these requirements, Brex reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from the Entrant.

By submitting an entry as described in these terms, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Brex as sponsor of the giveaway, which is final and binding in all respects. Brex reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms or any of Brex’s terms found at brex.com/legal.

For each eligible entry, Entrant will be entered to win the following prize: Custom-made hats for their team, up to 20 hats. Brex will need to coordinate with the winner to secure the company logo and preferred shipping address.
