By participating in this Bonus Points Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms, the [Brex Rewards Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/rewards), and any other Brex agreements and terms applicable to you (collectively, the “Terms”). Offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive a Bonus Points Offer email or other Offer communication from Brex. Earn rewards (detailed below) when you activate this Offer and use your Brex card(s) for Qualifying New Merchant Spend. “Qualifying New Merchant Spend” is net cleared transactions of Brex card new operating spend with merchants or vendors that you did not pay via Brex cards at any time from July 1, 2026 through the date you activate this Offer (“New Merchants”), excluding transactions processed through Plastiq as well as certain transactions that do not earn rewards as outlined in our [Rewards Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/rewards) and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion. Bonus points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared Qualifying New Merchant Spend using Brex cards during the Earning Period (defined below). During the limited time period October 19 - December 31, 2026, activate this Offer (by clicking where designated in the Offer) and use your Brex card(s) to pay Qualifying New Merchants to earn up to 500,000 bonus points based on the spend thresholds below. You are eligible to earn bonus points only on Qualifying New Merchant Spend made from the date you activate this Offer through the end of the Offer Window (the “Earning Period”). Spend made before you activate this Offer will not count towards this Offer. The Bonus Points Offer will run from October 19 to December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Window”). You will earn bonus points based on your total Qualifying New Merchant Spend during the Earning Period, as follows (up to a capped maximum of 500,000 bonus points): Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $3,000–$14,999 = Earn 12,000 bonus points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $15,000–$74,999 = Earn 70,000 bonus points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $75,000–$99,999 = Earn 240,000 bonus points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $100,000 or more = Earn 500,000 bonus points Your total Qualifying New Merchant Spend across all New Merchants during the Earning Period will be measured at the end of the Offer Window to determine the bonus points tier applicable to you. You will earn bonus points only for the highest tier reached; tiers are not cumulative. No bonus points are earned below $3,000 of Qualifying New Merchant Spend. Bonus points earned will be granted in bulk within 30 days of the end of the Offer Window. All bonus points earned through this Offer are in addition to any points accrued under your current rewards structure with Brex. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional or rewards offer. In order to receive bonus points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex Terms at any time through the date the bonus points are granted. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated rewards, including bonus points under this Offer.
