Brex AI New Merchant Spend Terms and Conditions

Offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive this email. You will participate in this new merchant spend offer (“New AI Merchant Spend Offer”) by using your Brex card for any card spend with any qualifying New AI Merchant (described below); by participating in this New AI Merchant Spend Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms. Earn additional rewards (detailed below) when you use your Brex card for card spend with any merchant for this list that you have not paid via Brex cards between 12/31/24 - 2/1/25 (a “New AI Merchant”). New Merchants exclude transactions processed through Plastiq as well as certain transactions that do not earn rewards as outlined in our Rewards Terms and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion. Points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared transaction amounts spent using Brex cards with New AI Merchants during each Earning Period (defined below). All points earned through the New AI Merchant Spend Offer are in addition to any points accrual under your current rewards structure with Brex.

The New AI Merchant Spend Offer will run from February 20, 2025 through May 31, 2025 (the “Offer Window”); within the Offer Window, there will be three Earning Periods (February 20, 2025 - March 31, 2025; April 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025; and May 1, 2025 - May 31, 2025, each as of 11:59 PM Pacific Time). For each Earning Period, your card spend with New AI Merchants will be determined based on the net cleared transactions at New AI Merchants during that Earning Period (for each Earning Period, the “Aggregate Cleared New AI Merchant Brex Card Spend”).

You will earn bonus points of an additional 1.5 points per dollar spent at a New AI Merchant during an Earning Period as calculated based on your Aggregate Cleared New AI Merchant Brex Card Spend in each Earning Period. You can earn a maximum of 300,000 bonus points per Earning Period and 900,000 bonus points per Offer Window. Aggregate Cleared New AI Merchant Brex Card Spend earned in each Earning Period will be aggregated and the total points earned across the entire Offer Window will be granted within 6 weeks of the end of the Offer Window.

In order to receive bonus points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time prior to your total earned points being distributed. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated bonuses. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any bonuses that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserved the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
