YC Sign Up Offer Terms and Conditions

Overview

This offer ("YC Sign Up Offer") is available exclusively to eligible Y Combinator ("YC") customers who open a Brex account through brex.com/fasttrackYC.

How to Qualify

To be eligible for the YC Sign Up Offer, you must:

(a) Apply through brex.com/fasttrackYC and successfully open a Brex account before May 31, 2026 (the "Offer Window"); and

(b) Meet the qualifying spend thresholds on your Brex Card(s) within 90 days of your card activation date, as described below.

Rewards

This offer has two tiers of rewards, each tied to your spend in a specific 30-day period following card activation:

To earn LED truck billboard ad-time at select upcoming events:

  • $20,000 in qualifying spend during days 1–30.

To earn additional billboard ad-time on the US 101 corridor:

  • $20,000 in qualifying spend during days 31–60, AND
  • $20,000 in qualifying spend during days 61–90.

All billboard advertisements are subject to reasonable limitations on size, content, scheduling, and duration as determined by Brex and/or its partners.

Qualifying Spend

Qualifying spend includes purchases of goods and services, minus returns and other credits. The following do not count toward qualifying spend: fees, fines, prepaid cards, gift cards or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, and cash withdrawals.

You must apply through brex.com/fasttrackYC for this offer to be activated. Note that use of VPNs or ad blockers may prevent the offer from being properly applied to your account.

Account Requirements

To receive any rewards under this offer, your Brex account must remain in good standing and must not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time during the Offer period. Opening a Brex account is subject to eligibility requirements and is not guaranteed. For full platform terms, visit brex.com/legal.

Brex's Rights

As the sole sponsor and administrator of this offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate this offer or any customer's eligibility at any time without prior notice. Brex may disqualify you from this offer if we determine, in our discretion, that fraud, program abuse, or a violation of these or any other applicable terms has occurred. Any such disqualification may result in forfeiture of unredeemed rewards. Account closure or suspension may also result in the loss of any rewards not yet applied to your account. Brex's delay in enforcing any rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
