March 26 Activation Offer

You will participate in this activation offer (“Activation Offer”) by activating your Brex Card(s) and spending at least $15,000 in the first 90 days (described below). This Activation Offer is only open to eligible Brex Card(s) customers that receive this email and cannot be combined with any other offer. By participating in this Activation Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as the Brex Rewards Terms.

Points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared transaction amounts spent using Brex Card(s) during the Earning Period (defined below). All points earned through the Activation Offer are in addition to points accrued under your current card rewards structure with Brex but cannot be combined with any other promotional bonus points offer.

To receive the Activation Offer points, you must (a) start spending on Brex Card(s) between March 23, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (the “Offer Window”) to activate the Offer, and (b) spend an amount outlined below on your Brex Card(s) in the first 90 days following your Brex Card(s) activation date (“Earning Period”).

Earn 25,000 points when you have $15,000 of qualifying spend in the Earning Period; or

Earn 90,000 points when you have $50,000 of qualifying spend in the Earning Period.

Points earned from this Activation Offer cannot be combined and will be granted in bulk typically within 30 days of the end of the Earning Period. Qualifying spend includes purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and does not include fees, fines, purchases of prepaid cards, gift cards or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, or cash withdrawals. Certain transactions do not earn rewards as outlined in our Rewards Terms and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion.

In order to receive bonus points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time during the Earning Period. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated bonuses. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any bonuses that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserved the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
